The last 2 adventure retreats have sold out quickly and for good reason! These retreats are super unique and life changing!

THE EXPERIENCE.

Friday

We’ll be kicking off our adventure no later than 8am as we meet and greet and grab our morning coffee or tea. After happy hugs and a little caffeine, we’ll kick off with an orientation and a high flying breathwork journey designed specifically to adjust you to the altitude (6200 ft).

Following our breathwork, we’ll then hop in the car and make our way over to Teton National Park. We’ll drive over the steepest mountain pass in North America, Teton Pass, and get an iconic photo at the top of the summit with yellow leaves below in the valley. It’s one of the most breathtaking views in the country.

From the summit of the pass, we’ll drive about 45 minutes on one of the most scenic drives in the world, finally entering Grand Teton National Park and making our way over to Jenny Lake.

We’ll do an easy to moderate 3-4 mile hike around Jenny Lake and will enjoy a group cold plunge in its crystal clear waters. You’ll want to take pictures around every bend.

After our adventure, you’re free to enjoy the rest of the afternoon however you like, by exploring Jackson Hole’s legendary “wild west” town, strolling shops, galleries, or enjoying some incredible restaurants.

Oh, and you’ll have to stop into the legendary Million Dollar Cowboy Bar as well as get a photo in front of the town square’s elk antler arch!

That night, we will make a campfire and tell stories of the day's adventures and gaze at the endless star filled skies.

Saturday

We’ll begin the day at camp with morning coffee and our group breathwork journey followed by an hour or so for breakfast and time to get ready for the day’s adventure.

We’ll then drive about 30 minutes into some of the most quiet and untouched National Forest land (no cell service) to embark on the Darby Wind Caves Hike.

The hike up to the wind cave is about a 6 mile hike (out and back) and we’ll be hiking up to the 100 foot tall cave that has a cascading waterfall coming out of its mouth.

The entire hike is drop dead gorgeous, with views of the back side of the Tetons as we approach the top. To get up efficiently, we’ll be practicing some advanced Wim Hof breathing techniques to ensure we have energy and plenty of oxygen.

There will be a “surprise” cold plunging opportunity along the way so you’ll want to have a swimsuit and towel on hand to enjoy that!

After the hike, we’ll head back to camp where you’ll be free to enjoy the rest of your day.

Brock will be cooking his famous tin foil dinners that night over the campfire, and we’ll enjoy each other’s company with more stories from the adventurous day.

Sunday

We’ll begin again with morning group breathwork and a short journaling exercise to center you as we begin Day 3.

Following a breakfast and coffee break, we’ll once again drive over to Jackson Hole where we’ll embark on a privately guided white water rafting trip on the Snake River! This 8 mile stretch of the river is known for regular Bald Eagle and Moose sightings as well as world class rapids.

Following our river rafting adventure, we’ll be heading to some nearby hot springs near the river for a relaxing soak where you’ll relieve sore muscles, enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, and enjoy the company of friends.

You’ll be free to enjoy the evening however you like either in Jackson Hole or back at camp.

Monday

For our final day we’ll start the morning with a specially curated breathwork journey by Brock and special group share activity.

After being fueled up again with breakfast and coffee, we’ll drive a short 25 minutes up to Teton Pass to embark on a 3.5 mile hike to Ski Lake.

This lake will serve as our final and perhaps most iconic cold plunge spot, and the views will be tremendous in the Fall with the leaves changing colors.

You’ll have a few hours of free time following the hike, and we’ll be wrapping up our event with a group dinner at Teton Thai in Driggs, ID just about 20 minutes from camp. We’ll share stories of our adventures, say our goodbyes, and sleep extra good that night!
